The App and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
